This week, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the European Union and Rwanda on sustainable value chains for raw materials sparked a lively debate against the backdrop of tensions between the DRC and Rwanda.

A teacher-researcher, since 2008 he has specialized in understanding conflict dynamics in Central Africa.
