President Donald Trump’s second-term attempts at brokering peace in Gaza and Ukraine have gained little traction. But there is one place where the United States’ involvement might yet help bring peace: the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where for three and a half deadly years, the Rwandan-supported M23 rebel group has fought against the Congolese government and its allies.
