Through research and education, this project aims to test the viability and further enforcement of a Responsive Criminal Justice in the Philippines. This will be achieved in collaboration with a Philippine partner institute, the University of Cordilleras where curricula on human rights will be developed and research on the overall human rights situation in the country will be conducted.
